Fun times...

This week has been well... interesting. (In a good way!!) The week hasn't been as busy as we thought. Soccer practice was canceled Tuesday when I got here. And the game was rained out Saturday morning. But the kids are so full of energy that even sitting on the couch watching them run around pretending to be the pink panther, spider-man and cat woman will make you tired enough. The concert Friday night went great! Everyone seemed to really enjoy it. Angie and I sang at the concert and then again Sunday morning and Sunday night at church. Today we when to Washington D.C, which is always an adventure! The kids get so excited with so much to see. Caitlyn was curious about everything. Kylie was fascinated with the bugs, and John David just couldn't wait to see the dinosaur bones. After everyone was getting a little restless, we went to Johnny Rocket's for dinner. It was a day that definitely wore them out!! They were actually awake almost all the way home. Of course the girls passed out about 5 minutes from the house. Oh well, we got lots of pictures. I'm sure Angie will have a slideshow up asap.

Virginia Here I Come!

Tomorrow I leave for Virginia! I'm so excited!! I leave early in the morning and get there around noon. We have a busy week planned and I'm really looking forward to taking some fun pictures of the kids. My sister and I will be singing in a concert at their church on Friday, so when we get back to Richmond we will go practice for that. The week is also include soccer games, doctors appointments, church functions, and the super fun day to Washington D.C! Concluded by a long, 12 hour drive home. It's a long trip but well worth it!! This is a picture from my last visit. It's always so great so sit on a plane for so long and then come down the stairs to hear three kids scream in a crowded airport "Aunt Rea!!!" It's one of those half embarrassing moments where you are proud at the same time to be so warmly greeted. Here are more pics from the same visit:
